Terms of use

Status: alpha. Plain English summary, not a substitute for tailored legal advice.

Who operates this site

Jobs.it.com is operated by No Stress Limited, company number 12629117, registered office 38 Portside View, Chatham, ME4 4FY, United Kingdom.

What this site is

Jobs.it.com is a focused IT job board. Job seekers can browse IT vacancies and follow the employer's own application link. Employers can register, verify access to their email address, prepare a private job draft and submit it for review. Operators review submissions, accept them into a private draft and publish them by hand. No automatic publication, no automatic employer identity verification, no candidate accounts, no payments.

What we promise

We will not silently change a published job, silently remove a job without an audit entry, transfer your data to advertising networks, or hand over your data to anyone other than regulators acting under a valid legal obligation.

What you agree to

What we do not promise

We do not promise a minimum number of applicants, a placement, a particular audience, a particular duration of publication, a particular review deadline, that an email you send us will always be delivered, that a draft will always be accepted, or that an accepted draft will be published.

No candidate data is collected from job seekers

Candidates do not need an account to browse or to follow an external application link. We do not collect CVs, photos, phone numbers, addresses or any other candidate data through this site. Any data you choose to send to an employer's application destination is governed by that employer's own terms and privacy practices; we are not a party to that exchange.

Service availability

This is an alpha. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes, but we are not liable for losses caused by service changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
